• There is a routine maintenance process. The work is carried out reliably and with a low error rate. Despite the valuable work performed by specialized personnel, we are able to offer the equipment including warranty at fair prices.
  
  

Due to the high number of identical models, it is also worthwhile for us to invest in the more complex procurement and production of rare spare parts. This enables us to preventively eliminate weak points for you. With our large spare parts warehouse, we are also there for you after the warranty period. We have the option of comparing devices with each other. Even minor deviations from full functionality are quickly noticed. This ensures that you receive a device that functions within the norm. We provide a functional guarantee on all electrical appliances at the time of sale. If a device is returned to us during or after the warranty period, we will identify the cause. We use this information to further refine our processes and reduce warranty claims to a minimum. Some types of devices are more susceptible to damage during shipping. Thanks to the high number of identical devices, we have been able to learn from shipping damage which models need to be packaged particularly well. This ensures that the technology arrives safely at your doorstep.

After the maintenance and testing process, there is an additional quality control check, in which the devices are classified according to their visual condition and accessories are assigned. With this four-eyes principle, we further reduce the error rate for you.
