As part of the repair, the entire drive is always repaired and serviced according to our standardized process.

After buying the article, the procedure is the following:
You send the video recorder after ordering without accessories including specifying a detailed error description and the order number to the following address;

The repaired video recorder will be sent back to you about 2 weeks after arrival. There are no further costs.

If the repair costs significantly more (from approx. 30 euros additional costs), you will receive a free cost estimate from us.
If you reject this or if a repair is not possible, only pay the insured return (6.90 euros).
