As part of the repair, the entire drive is always serviced according to our standardized process, straps and pressure rolls are renewed and the drive was measured.

After buying the article, the procedure is the following:
You send the cassette deck after ordering without accessories including specifying a detailed error description and the order number to the following address;

The repaired video recorder will be sent back to you about 2 weeks after arrival. There are no further costs.

If the repair costs significantly more (from approx. 30 euros additional costs), you will receive a free cost estimate from us.
If you reject this or if a repair is not possible, only pay the insured return (6.90 euros).
