Technics RS-M235X — cassette deck with dbx, Dolby B/C, 2-motor transport and MX head

dbx alongside Dolby B and Dolby C in a two-head deck: the Technics RS-M235X covers three noise reduction systems and plays dbx-encoded cassettes just as correctly as the widespread Dolby recordings. For your own recordings the full dbx range is available, giving cassette recordings a dynamic range far beyond that of untreated tape. The transport with two motors and the MX combination head is operated through a microprocessor logic control, and the deck identifies the loaded tape type by itself.

Anyone looking for a cassette deck for everyday use that handles timer-controlled tuner recordings, transfers from vinyl or CD and microphone recordings equally well gets a clearly laid out unit here: level and balance are set with slide controls, the fluorescent meter with peak hold shows the recording level, and the brown housing in the customary 43 cm width fits into any classic system.
