Panasonic DMR-BST760 — Blu-ray recorder with 500 GB hard drive, 4K output and Wi-Fi

Gathering TV recordings, camcorder videos and a music collection on one hard drive and keeping the most important material permanently on Blu-ray or DVD – that is the job the DMR-BST760 was built for. Inside the black housing, just 59 mm high, a 500 GB hard drive and a Blu-ray burner work together. Recordings are first collected on the hard drive, divided into chapters or split there, and only then transferred to disc.

In everyday use the unit also serves as a player for purchased Blu-rays, DVDs and audio CDs. Connected to the home network, it fetches films and music from other devices or makes its stored content available itself. AVCHD footage from a video camera reaches the hard drive via USB in HD quality and can then be archived on Blu-ray.

Blu-ray burner: copy recordings to BD-R/BD-RE (including dual layer), DVD-RAM, DVD-R/-RW and +R/+RW (including DL) – in original quality or converted to HG, HX, HE, HL, HM or XP, SP, LP; beforehand split recordings, edit chapters, create groups and protect titles.
