Panasonic DMR-UBC90 — Ultra HD Blu-ray recorder with 2 TB hard drive and three tuners for DVB-C and DVB-T2

Record television in 4K and play Ultra HD Blu-ray in full resolution: this Panasonic combines a hard disk recorder with 2 TB of storage, three receivers for digital cable and terrestrial television and a Blu-ray drive that also reads Ultra HD Blu-ray discs. The slim housing is only 68 mm high; behind the fold-down front flap sit the disc tray, SD card slot, USB port and the CI Plus slots.

The DMR-UBC90 suits households with a 4K television who watch programmes time-shifted, collect series and want to play their film and music collection from one device. Audio is output digitally only, via HDMI or the coaxial output; there is no analogue RCA output. An AV receiver without 4K pass-through can be fed from the separate HDMI audio output while the picture goes straight to the television.
